60 Berserker - Ragged

I was just in Death Match on my level 60 Gladiator.
I've won every single Battle Field, until today. It was 1 versus 1. A level 60 Berserker with the "Cleansed of Scrubbery" title. All 60 gears. Full costume. Night Griffon, the Moolah Mount. Shitloads of event food.

Who the F is that guy? I've never seen him before. And who would use that much money on a level 60 that isn't around? Was it a GM? I have no idea. But I lost. FYI, IMADBRO.

I checked the "Who's online now?", there was only 1 level 60 Berserker. And I checked the PvP stats. He has 2-0. His name is Ragged. Who is that? I'm gonna find out.
