Sorry to say, but, Sedy shut it down I was going to play NSAion but i saw the notification even before i could download it, on May 28 Sedy said he was going to shut the server down.

Yes Sedy closed it and now the webadress of the Aion website redirects to the Iris website (what is pretty stupid I think, the website could have been online a bit longer -.-)

It's posted in the right section so no worries. You can still give us a try :P

Jonny, I realise that Aion players had no manners, but our Iris people are polite and know they will get things done if they say it out without insulting people.
I suggest you learn to do the same. If you have a suggestion to make, do it in an appropriate way, not go whine afterwards and call people stupid.

hey hey! Aion players do have manners too I was playing Aion too and sad that is closed but now that is down can I trade my pvp gears and accs for wings in iris xD!

To bad aion scrubs ended, i wanted to speak with sedy about reopening scrubs on my dedicated server but i couldn't find any email or any way of communicating with him, can anyone kindly asking to post or message me an email, skype , vent, teamspeak, anything to speak to him directly ?

I already talked about something similar with him and he won't give the database to anyone because he can't do it since he was not the only one who worked at that core.

I have tried e-mail and messages i think he either ignores me or he doesn't have time to look into his messages anyhow i just hope he will because i have alot of people that wants noscrubs back and i can make it happen.

Hi Marian, I got your private message but I will reply here so the others can see too because I have several similar messages requesting the files.

I cannot give you or anyone else the server files or database because it was a joint effort and I made promises to other people that I would not share/leak the code. I'm not using or developing the code anymore but I still stand by my promise. A lot of work goes into these things and I would be devastated if somebody else leaked my work.

There isn't much point just giving you the binaries and database either because you wouldn't really be able to do anything with it. Players would expect you to fix bugs at the very least.

If you really are serious about it I would suggest you just make your own Aion server choosing whichever core you like and then letting the players know and they can join if they wish.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful but I hope you understand my position on this.

Hm I would really like to know who these other persons are and if they have an own similar private-server. Maybe they could run a server with our database or maybe transfer one of our chars to their server.

I am realy sorry about this, i wish i could find a 3.7 core but i can't even one with bugs , i realy don't care, currently im trying to open a 3,.5 but not many people will join because they need to downgrade their clients or download a 3.5 client , nor i have any ideea how to instert the protocols for 3.7 wich are leaked already. Thats just sade and thanks for your reply. Alot of people wanted you to continue with aion alot of people started joining before you closed it . If you have any sources of where i could download a 3.7 core please let me know.

I am going to open a server with the latest files 99% free of bugs. Its 3.9 and if i will have the money i will buy 4.0 when it will be ready.

Sedy i know this is offsense or offtopic, can you tell me how did you manage to edit the npc_drop.dat, with the npc editor.

Thanks for the drop edit, but its a pain in the.... you know what. I already tried to modify some drops, but these crappy editor, modifies a freaking category from 10-20 mobs at random, i have no ideea how to modify it on every mob itself. The only thing you can controll right now , are the boxes that you open when you loot the, thats the only thing controlable.
