after i join the DM i DC and now "failed to connect"

Failed to connect to server? or your getting DC'd??

Try turning on an alt account and see if your game works...it works for me, i can't go on my main account, but i can access and go on my alts.

usually things could be resolved by restarting the mapserver/charserver?

I don't think this bug has anything to do with the map/server.

Because it's dealing with a guild...not to mention i've heard complaints that ppl can play on channel 2 but once they go to channel 1, they dc....

i dont think its a guild problem at all, but rather something was changed on peoples chars maybe that bugged up

It's guild bug....ppl open their guild menu and click/unclick on the offline ticker and they DC....so it's a guild related issue.

And as far as i know, those new cards that sedy added to Lord Sedy vendor was the only thing new that was added to the server...and i bought the donator spread and after 10+ min's of testing the tarots i dc'd and i can't enter my two character who are in Pegasus but i can enter my alts which aren't in Pegasus...

Strange, someone must of been modifying something in pegasus then, since it's not just people in pegasus who are getting it right?

No clue, but as far as i can tell only Pega and those guilds unioned with Pega are having this issue....besides the open Guild Menu DC i mentioned.

Maybe....Myura said sedy might have found something to do in order to fix it....hopefully he's right and it works
