I try to make a game account, but every time it says: Username already exist, or login/password are not right. But i used like 5 different usernames, and it also said it was right with this greeny thingy behind it.. does it work or not..?

i also used diff webbrowsers: IE firefox, chrome.. Still same problem

hmm..I just created a new Game Account earlier that I use for my Guide, I don't seem to have any problem with it.
Maybe the Account your trying to make does really exist already, that's why you get such error on making a New Game Account. Just keep on trying, if its still the same, Clear your browser cache and delete its history.

Sorry dude, did everything you said. i made up 500 gamer names (abit to much? im kidding but you know my point) and still same problem.. Looks like i can't make one... it think someone else has to make.... or you guys don't support the Netherlands or something?

As what Sir.Sedy say's, don't include special characters(~!@#$%%^ something like that) on your account or password. Just use numbers and letters from the alphabet. And the CAPTCHA code must be accurately the same as what is being shown. Also be sure you use a un-use email address.

try and change your web browser. i use chrome and i can see it

try clearing your cookies and cache then try to load it.

On the part where you create a game account you just need to fill up the Account,Password,Email and captcha (No 2nd pass to be fill up, 2nd pass is always 0000 once you created a game account but you can change it now using the nsControlPanel located at the NoScrubs Main site Services Tab), well as what you said you cant seem to see the captcha generator. Try clearing your web brower's using this : CCleaner
Use it to clear all your past web history,cache,cookies etc...

If you still get some problem, just post here again.

I've used IE and Chrome. I even just now downloaded Chrome and used it and I can't create game account. It said user already exist or login/password does not meet the criteria.
I've tried multiple login names, only used letters & numbers for password, which on the 6th character I type in always says wrong symbols.
I see the caption clearly and type that in as well seperating each word with a space.
I tried to reply to my welcome message but I think it's only posting on my own messages. Not sure if it sends a message to admin or only on my own message list.
Please help me. TY in advance

Sorry, please disregard previous post.
When I quit using capital letters in my password, it let me create my game account.
This might be something that needs looking into so I just wanted to let you know instead of deleting my previous post.
