Welcome to NSI! Enjoy your stay and beware of gaming addiction!
I suggest finding a helpful guild, doing dungeon quests to help level quickly and you can start voting once you hit level 40.
If you have any questions the forums is a nice way to get them answered; the NSDB is also useful in case you need to find something.
can always ask in game too if you need help with dungeons~ -
