When my friend start the patcher and patched it, clicked play game.. the client comes out saying
the following:

Pls help me .. i really want my friend to play with me T.T

Have you tried
to Run as Administrator??

thx .. ALOT! now another problem.. i went and vote.. and when i typed my character name and clicked ok, it said :
"Error!
The character doesn't exist or is not high enough level to vote!
Please refresh the browser and try again. "
and when i voted i was logged in the game .. is there anything to do with voting -

What lvl is your character?
You need to be lv40+ to vote.
Is it a new character?
It takes about a day to register a new charac. -

I would assume a GM could do it so try posting a ticket of PM one of the admins to help you with ur predicament. -

GM or anyone here .. i Need SERIOUS help now...... is it possible to retrieve a mail that is sent to a character before deleting like i sent to one of my characters then i accidentally deleted it and then can i retrieve back the mail?
We can try. Please give as much information as possible to help us find the info in the logs. Time of post, items or whatever was in the post, character sent from and character sent to. -

Dear Sedy, pls help me.. i Sent it from iGavi0ta to InShadows/InShad0ws.. I'm not sure of the time but i think it was around yesterday to the day before yesterday.. pls help me all my pro good scrolled equips are in there... and it got deleted T.T and my money and tears .... sad.. Hope u can help me.. really need my equip back so i can continue my rogue because my rogue has noob equips

Forgot to add the items, i think it was a chest for a rogue/ranger +5 above inchanted , the leggings and probably some rings and tears, around 4-10m i think .. And again :
