I'll start answering your questions:
For bag space, you will find Al Rotches in terminus, he sells items to increase your bag space for gold.
In game shops:
May (tear vendor), in Terminus again, he sells everything for Noscrubs Tears.
Sedy (moolah vendor), again in Terminus, he sells stuff for Noscrubs Moolah.
You can either donate for these or trade them for tears with other players in-game.

Tears you can gain by either voting, donating or being in-game but I have to say, excessive multi-boxing for tear-farming is frowned upon and might get you banned. We know of some people who log alt accounts to help their normal accounts, hopefully nobody thought we aren't aware of these, but we keep a close eye on them as well.
Voting is restricted to once every 12 hours. Again, is someone is trying to "cheat" the system to earn more, they end up getting banned.

You can donate by going under the "Iris Online" tab, there is an Option there that is called "Get Moolah", and another one that is "Get Tears". Both have paypal links under them.
Moolah is one of the currencies in game that can get you bundles of costumes, cards, permanent megaphone and other services and much more from the vendor Sedy. If you need tears, you can either exchange your Moolah with other players for a good rate, or buy them under "Get Tears" if you can't be bothered to deal with players. I do suggest trading players though, since the rate between moolah-tears with them is better.

How refreshing to see someone so helpful! ty ty. I am reading the forums now to learn and now I know some basics ( from you) to help me along. I will look again for the paypal link. I probably just missed it ( I do that a lot ) ha ha. I would much rather support a game where GM's are active and people are friendly etc etc.

Oh you can AFK as much as you like, we've got afk'ers in game while they are sleeping for example farming their tears. We just don't support multi-boxing and excessive tear farmers.

Like I said, your link should be easy to find. Look at the top of the page, hover on the Iris Online tab, then hover under "Get Moolah", and it's there.

I also wanted to say I go by Azelyah in game and my guild is called "Scissors" I have a logo above that says "We Run With" My guild name in a different game is Runs With Scissors but that would not fit soooo I improvised. I am always up to helping new players or anyone with quests so holler if you want company
