For advice, I suggest joining a guild that can help you with quests and are willing to answer your questions about the game. For fast(er) leveling, do dungeon quests (the green marks above the npcs) rather than yellow (main quests) or blue quests (dailies). You could try to do all of them or grind monsters to level but dungeon quests gives the most exp.

Also, if you enter a pk map, check the online roster to see who is online and in that map you're entering. If it's safe for you to enter go ahead ~
