2-how can i change the gift to tears

Actually You can't buy level 30 Items In-game, but those are easy to hunt.

Just kill level 30+ mobs to acquire it

Or If you have some friends Try Normal Circus, Lioha or Decomus

no no i meant when i get the gift ( i got ) where shall i exchange it (Which NPC Or ETC...)....if there is any Guide has explains for important things in iris and u can give the link to me it would help

Find "May" in terminus, you can spend your tears in him
