just joined few days ago, found this server for pure luck on youtube

if is possible i would make some questions to know better how this server work
I had a full support healer in retail iris, mean I had only devine arrow as attack skill
level up was simply when i had a team, but a nightmare when the popolation start to drop there
in this server i get more exp so i dont mind low levels, but later? is possible to raise such build here?
I had chef job in retail, cooking owl meat *o*, here i see people refine +10 stuff everyday so i wonder if is worthy exping chef
or is better focusing on other profession?
last is possible to change the game interface? whit the previous kinky version that i prefer more than noscrub darkish windows.
but i feel like I could bug something touching there or maybe is a bannable >_>
