Ok so I have only been playing for a couple of days now so maybe I'm wrong or missing the point but I have a question about MP. Usually in other online games I have played in the past spells have a fixed MP rate and if you have more MP you can cast more spells. This game however seems to have them at a fixed % no matter what level or how much MP I have? Doesn’t this mean that as I get more MP it just makes my skills use more MP for the same effect? This also means I need to use bigger MP potions to recover enough to cast the same amount of spells a smaller potion could have done afew levels lower. This is not so bad with leveling as you can upgrade the spells as you get higher, but what about buffs/equipment with added MP? I currently have around 4000 MP but it can go 6-8000 with various buffs/equipment. This does not seem to help me, infact doesn't it make things worse? Spells that use 5%MP would have been 200 MP are now using 3-400 MP for the same effect. The only things this seems to change for me is that I need to use a bigger potion to recover the MP after I used it?
Also not exactly related but why do my potions not always recover the amount of HP/MP they say they should? I use a potion that says it recovers 800 and it does, but if I use a potion that says it recovers 300 it recovers 1500?
