Bottom Line: This system makes sure that everyone that joins the raid will get an item. because we dont want greedy ass fuckers selling items at a very high price.

we are fair to our raid members. and to be part of it, you have to be dedicated enough. that's all folks!

Once a raid always accomplishes something or always wins a boss from another raid. It's always a "selfish" guild/raid from everyone's perspective. Get used to it.

Lol, that's always been my feeling. All magic dps should get revive skill. And also personally feel all sorcerer's should have communion, but people argue that's wasting 4 SP. At least revive is only 1 SP to get, no magic user should not have it.

As to tini's earlier comment, personally I don't care one way or the other. My policy remains unchanged. I only do things to help friends or if me or friends need something. If it relates to boss, I go to whoever invites, no hard feelings if someone else invites first and I go with them.

Yeah from my experience I have to agree. Most important thing on a hard dungeon or boss is persistence. I've seen too many get upset after a wipe and storm off. We're level capped, not like you lose exp or anything, just food. And gcast is meaningless if die. Actually I would almost expect gcasting to put people at more risk from greater movement/distracting and higher risk of stealing aggro if not careful.

*cough* Gcast aint in my requirements so dont worry on it HAHAHAH XD, Anna's right. we need people who just want to kill the bosses. Willing to try and try again ya know? Its off putting when people just expect to not work for something~

You do not need to gcast in order to be considered. Heck, I can't gcast and I'm in it. Just need to be able to stay alive or spawn and keep dps-ing. Someone who is just motivated to get both of them killed is really what we would like to see.

SPECIAL info-we-need-to-know: I have an 85 Prophet/Crusader but both do not have 85CQ and only Prophet is winged (Xertini is winged too ofc). I also can't Gcast for the life of me but willing to try again/think i make up for it with glass cannon build.
