i tested it on few mobs, 5 meteor hits then its done.

Meteor can hit a single enemy 6 times, while Discharge Area and Blizzard can only hit a single enemy 3 or 4 times.

Well Warlock's meteor also hit 4 enemies at the same time its just the same as Magician's Discharge Area and Blizzard.
