I agree lol. Since before we were limited to very few of the instant mount choices, and now there's everything there. Like I love my gryphon, it'd just be nice to have something else.

I'm going to be the thorn in everyone's side. But if we keep this up we won't make money to really keep server costs up. If we make an exchange system for everything we'll lose money. All you need is someone who is a steady donator who wants tears or gold all they do is sell it to joe or sally and then they can send the moolah to Galadriel and they get a transfer to something new even though they may have had the mount for 6+ months or so.

I think if there is s system wanting to be placed then an actual cash system. $5 for a change. That way there is still a small but steady donation into the server to cover our new more expensive server. idk just throwing it out there

i dont think its the same as changing wing. because you are having 2 wings now by using 10 moolah to changed it. and Darcel they are not asking for a exhange system. they are asking to change a different look on the mount for 5 more moolah, which they are having now which is 50moolah mount. 5 more moolah from everyone is not losing money.

Yeah, because when you change wings, you can actually use your old wings plus the ones you just traded for, because the old ones will be on the recently used list.

I actually think it's the opposite. There are quite a few people who would love to change their mounts, but it isn't something worth paying another 50 moolah for. Plus with this, donators would probably get the idea to sell more moolah to those who want to change. If anything, it would probably bring more income into the game.

yup just as what Kawaii said, changing mounts around motivate people to spend more moolah than actually buying a new one, 10 times of changing = 1 mount already and people would feel more satisfied with the 10 mounts they've used. They can have 50 moolahs in their inventory but an option of having 2 instant mounts in the inventory still wouldn't be as good as using those to buy Stat VIs or such.

Nobody will pay another 50 moolah to get something they already have, the gryphon may not be aesthetically pleasing to those who purchased it before but another 50 moolah to buy ANOTHER one is certainly not pleasing for the wallet. 50 moolah is 6 all stat VIs if you think in instant terms and I would rather pay $55 for that many all stats and a mount change.

Offering this service will not lose the server money as it promotes an additional revenue of $5 per player who wishes to change their moolah mount, same applies for the $10 for a wing change cus nobody is gonna fork over another $80-100 for a set of wings with the same stats as their old ones just to change the look.

Obviously one cannot say that the revenue stream will be stable as players tastes change as often as the winds and tides but it opens up an additional stream that can be used to help support the server.

Additionally, so as not to abuse the system it would be fairly easy for Gala or Sedy to check and see if the moolah was traded as part of a deal or if it was donated for and retrieved from the gift box and just limit the changes to donation only (or the very old mount that was purchased many moons ago on an active player).
