First of all we need you to tell us... Did anyone else have your account? Any relative or someone else knew or could guess your password? Cause I can't see any glitch or window providing access to your account on our side.

If you either gave your account to someone you know, or put it on a site other than this one (for example on sites advertising that they sell gold on here but of course they only exist to scam you), then you have compromised your account through your own fault, and there is nothing we can do about it.

The only thing we can do is make sure your password gets changed, so that doesn't happen again.

ahh i guess i cant get thous items back i see well can i ask a favor the could you look at data base for the last person i trade or mailed coz when i log it in i saw my character in mailbox if its nyasha could you look to the person that char trade to or mailed to.. coz she the only person who knows me password.

Send a GM ticket (Services/Support menu) with the account name and the password you require.
