Hello, I hope you enjoy your stay here at NSI! It's somewhat different from gPotato and I'm sure you'll love it here (fast leveling is a great draw in).
I suggest doing the dungeon quests to level quickly, mostly from the levels 35 and 40 dungeons. You could also try finding a helpful guild to show you around.

The forums are also a nice way to solve some of your unanswered questions.
