Use potions quickly and many as possible, the more potions are used properly, the greater the chance of survival against their attacks.
Inability-to-use skills -> Just run fast as you can and use potions (same step from the first one)
Immobilized -> Use Ice Shield (Ice Soldier trans'), potions when necessary and run away (Big eyed Owl trans'/fast mount) when the immobility wears off.
Movement speed reduced -> Quickly use the speed reduction debuff as possible and run away or use the Ice Wall ability (from Ice Soldier trans').
Note: You can either counter-pk or just run away once those debuffs wear off.

If you are cornered by them and you don't have any choice to avoid them, strong enough to fight them back, outnumbered or having technical problems that you can't do anything to move your character and etc.
Don't surrender or beg for mercy to them. Just use the "Ctrl+Alt+Del" buttons (Task Manager) and then "End program" button. This is even better and faster than just the "normal logging off" way because logging off takes 5 seconds and you might not survive within 5 seconds. Warning: This may be the cowards' way.
#17

If you see a player or group of players out there afking, don't get too close because it might be a death trap to you if you get too close to them.
#18

If you were PKed and respawned near to the portals, don't rest in there because they will definitely come there to pk you again. So get out of the portal and rest there until you are fully recovered, that's when you may return to a PvP map.
#19

When you are entering a PvP zone, make sure you (your party members) and your equipment(s) are ready (buffs, tarots, HP and MP, potions, monster transformation cards and some necessary inventory items) before entering.
#20

When you are on a PvP zone and worried about Pkers out there, scout the entire area first before you can do anything out there.
#21
Pkers will distract players by summoning monsters when they are engaging a boss or afking (rather than the Pkers attacking players head on). -Partly the same tip from #3, but much worse-
#22

If you can't loot anymore drops because your inventory is full or too heavy to carry anymore, just leave them. Although they might know that you are in that area, it might fool them that you are on that area but they could not find you there (this might be effective when you leave that area with lots of unlooted drops, otherwise this tip might be useless).
#23

Once you entered a PvP zone or normally leaving the PvP zone by the portal. It is obvious it would be a death trap to you because they mostly go there afking to wait for their victims. So either got to a map which is neighboring to a PvP map or teleport if you want to get out of the PvP zone safely (that is if the area is safe).
#24

If a Pker is after you, use the trans' cards against them to prepare yourself to counter-pk him/her (by range stun, Loch/Rosany -external-, Niernia -magic- and Black mountain lizard -poison-. If he/she has stun immunity, use Mandragoras -hypnosis, magic-, they have sleep ability for 5 seconds {this sleep ability will be interruped if you attack while its active, if its multi-threat use Papyso trans' card}). It would be easier to counter-pk them.
#25

To create a false signal (this is only effective if they are not really onto you) use decoys (Magic depletion -Warlocks-, Hallowed, Enchanted or Nullified ground and etc -Sages-, Corrupted Marsh -Scouts- and Timed bomb -Hunter-) against them.
#26

The longer the time you scout around, the longer you would waste your time and even possibly be exposed. So balance your time between scouting and doing anything on a PvP zone.
#27

While doing your activities on a PvP zone and concerned that they might attack you at anytime, use your fast running trans' cards so you can just run away to a safe zone (when they are attacking you) and then recover to counter them.
#28
The more you see hostile players on a PvP zone, the greater the chance that you will be PKed. So stick to the channel that has lesser players on a PvP zone.
#29
To avoid any friendly killing onto a player in a PvP zone (that is a friend to you but not a guild member/union to your guild), try to whisper and tell them to use physical signals (jumping) to avoid any friendly killing.
#30

PKers like to pin down on players at vulnerable places (such as trees, bushes, narrow paths, dead ends and so on). So avoid the places that you are not comfortable quickly as possible.
#31

Once you really get use to a PvP map (monsters [and field bosses] and the terrain), it might be easier to plans there (using escape routes, afking time, counter-killing times and using monsters as your decoys).
#32

When on a PvP war events occurs and you see a big crowd out there (hopefully not totally PKing each other), carefully blend in through the crowd because you might have cover from PKers that are away from the big crowd.
Note: It depends how large and close the crowd is (partly the game from Assassin's Creed assassination strategies).
#33

PKers would use in-and-out killing strategies without being detected by being tiny as possible. So if you see a PKer that is tiny and you can't target him/her by mouse, use the TAB button and engage.
#34
If you are a very low lvl player in a PvP zone and then suddenly a very high lvl-ed PKer comes close to you and you accidently engaged him/her (using AoE abilities), this would be a worst case for low lvl players to be PKed. So watch your attacking and using non-AoE abilities to avoid miss fires.
#35
If you are alone and you see another player (with a party), don't counter them (even though he/she is attacking you) because it might alert his/her nearby party players and you might be outnumbered and therefore you might be killed. So run if you can.
Note: Sorry for this "run away" strategy but this might be a survival strategy because you will not survive on one against all fights.
#36
It is better for you to get killed by NPC monsters/world bosses than getting killed by hostile players. Because you can replenish your lost EXP rather than ruining your PvP status.
#37

If your PvP time plan fails and your defeat is imminent. Other than an unnecessary suicidal charge, retreat from a PvP map and then recover till you are fully prepared to go back to a PvP zone. Warning: This may be the cowards' way.
Hope this would be useful to you!
Note: It depends on how you do and use them between yourself, your allies and your opponents.
