Sharpshooter Skills Bug / Suggestion

Gun Layer - self rope. does not affect party members. and got a duration of 30mins (weird for a rope). 10s CD? maybe it should be 1s since its a rope skill.

Ranged Fire 3 - 20secs CD? ( RF2 is 3secs ) just wondering why
Focused Sight 2 - 20secs CD? ( FS2 is 3secs) just wondering why

Penetrating Shot 1/2/3 - pls check this skill because when im on +range buff this is the only skill that does not work properly "the animation is performed, cools down, but doesnt display a MISS or deal damage at all" while other skills works fine.
- and the CD was given additional 8 secs? (10s~ 18s) 15secs maybe? (suggestion)

Magic Block 2 - magic silence only? (question)

Manticore Sting 3 - can we add additional 5 secs to the effect since the cooldown was doubled. (30s - 60s)
- 1min CD 15secs Effect (suggestion)

Barbed Shot 2 - can we change it to fix value?
- -7k alldef, -8k alldef, -9k alldef (suggestion)

Bomb Throw 2 - rank1=15k rank2=25k (suggestion)

Conceal 3 - rank1= -200 Hit for 10s on target
rank2= -300 Hit for 10s on target
(suggestion , to make it more useful in PVP)

Hawk Eye 2 - 3min CD for a 30s Effect, its a pretty long CD i think
- [3min CD, 1min Effect] / [2min CD, 30s Effect] (suggestion)

    I'll just leave this here...my input:

    Ranged Fire/Focused Sight - Idk. Probably to add some more use to purge skills so the buffs can't be reapplied instantly multiple times.
    Magic Block - should be, yeah.
    Manticore Sting - from what I recall, it's CD was 60s from the start, actually. My memory may fail me here, though
    Same as above goes for Hawk Eye - it had vanilla 30s duration and I, for one, wasn't really complaining, as it gives ridiculous range, so I wasn't even noticed in skirmishes usually. Plus, I think it had +Hit added to it as well.

    Penetrating Shot probably needs some more elaboration.
    It has a static area of effect (since it's technically an AoE) of 2 x ~15 meters.
    However, this radius is applied starting from the caster's position, not the target's - which effectively means it has a maximum range of ~15m, because unlike Range, Area of Effect cannot be effected in any way by any stat. Range still scales, however; as such, if you have, +8m Long Distance Range stat, coupled with the innate 10m range it fires from 18m maximum, while still retaining a 2x15m AoE.
    [i]TL;DR: If you have large +Range, it simply undershoots the target if fired from
