Wizard "Master of Crowd Control"

1. Blizzard, Discharge Area, Ice Age
Improvement on skill tick to same as meteor. Why? I don't see any point why our aoe ticks should be much slower than sorceror's meteor. Also the fact that we are supposed to be crowd controllers. I don't see how we can control the crowd with this kind of crappy tick.

2. Ice Age
Improvement to grant it stun as well. Just like sorceror's eye of the storm. Once caught inside eye of the storm, if you don't get out after the first tick, you'll be stunned there until the channeling is done/ caster is disrupted. Could ice age get the same effect? Since it's our ultimate skill as well. Furthermore Ice age has horrible tick and opponent can move freely in and out.

3. Permeating Chill 2
Itd buff has been removed but i think % to invoke advanced ice has been left the same therefore i'd suggest that the chance to invoke advanced ice property be raised to 100% just like sorceror's cyclone, 100% chance to invoke advanced wind fusion.
