This morning i just receive this kind of message when i try to vote, can you advise me what to do or i just want to continue?

This is probably because a spam bot posted porn here the other day.

It's saying we have content hosted by blahblah that is known to have malware blah blah. It's just because we link to their site with a button image hosted by them. If your worried, just don't click the button that links to that site.
