So what name is basically saying is that in game items such as RRB is accessable to the community this give really high evasion to all players. Now what she means is that this PHYs eva that is accessable to everyone can be exploited my Magic users. Its good really good i really like the idea of casters be able to dodge. However her point is Magic Eva or Magic Resist as the game would put it. Is not available or if it is even available such as TRICK cards it doesnt provide that much magic resist for melee to dodge a spell.
Now point being. Magic users are already powerful. Due to the fact that alot of people now are using animation cancel. [ AC is a skill to be learned so i applaud the ppl who can perform it in duels]. Not to mention the ever so loved Wind Forti by locks. casters can now both be Physically immune and dodge at the same time.
To give a little balance to the current situation we [ melee users ] would like the opportunity to obtain an item that would allow us to Dodge spells just like the casters would be able to dodge phys attacks.

I am sorry i only used "winged" zerkers/glad as a refference. Let me add that non-winged zerk/glad's ITD is still around 8-11k damage to magicians, probably a bit less with dmg abs warlocks. Wether the mage/lock is winged or not the point is, zerker's and glad's ITD's are still too strong. I dont see what's wrong with people going for evasion to save themselves. Evasion for magic is almost unecessary for mage's damage are not even comparable to melee's ignore def damage in pvp.
tbh a melee class with decent armor and rrb has quite a lot of hit chance.
I'm a priest and i have 235% evasion and my zerker without wings can attaxk me 6/10 times .
i tested it 10 times and on average its 4/10 & 5/10 they will hit me (im only testing the normal attacks, not skills.
NOTE: my zerker has a decent dn/dest armor with stam build with rrb and rt.
Warlocks have many benefits already, 1st of all is that they can achieve 100 % damange absorption. 2nd is that they can now achieve over 215 % physical evasion. 3rd is that they can hit over 260 % MAGIC Hit Chance.
So what does that mean?
Adv/Sw class are auto-useless against them (evasion does not work against their hit chance)
Glad/Zerks will have to dodge, evade, run or wait for WindFort or any other buff that gives abs to wear off BUT THAT IS IF THEY DO NOT DIE FIRST.
All Physical Classes (*cough* that are not rich *cough*) IF they did manage to wait for the abs to wear off, have to now deal with the 215 % hit chance which is higher than many (average) Adv/Sw.
So, there you have it.
Winged Berserkers/Gladiators with decent equips can 3-4 hits an average-to-decent magician and probably 5-7 hit a full dmg-abs warlock. Fix that crap first and I'll consider giving this topic some thought.
Not all winged people in this game are donators, a lot of the scrub wings are people who bought moolah with tears and bought the wings. They were just patient. Your evasion all depends on your build and what cards you slot with.

Are you saying that those locks u mentioned above just stand there and let zerk hit them?
Water tent?X2 wind fort?50% pot?battle field 100% pots?Pushes?
